Brunch with The Barefoot Contessa
Who haven’t seen Barefoot Contessa? I got to admit I’m a Food Network addict + a BIG fan of Ina Garten’s cooking! Ina has become the inspiration in the kitchen for so many of us. Browsing for a good simple recipe I ran across Gwyneth’s MAKE section, where she shares the details of cooking collaboration with Ina. I love both of these women. Ina for her creative cooking + design and Gwyneth because she is such a chic momma, not to mention one of the few down to earth GREAT actresses. They prepared homemade herbed ricotta bruschette from Ina’s latest cookbook. How easy is this dish?
